The GBN400EL hydraulic breaker is a large heavy-duty E-Series hydraulic breaker engineered for heavy demolition, hard rock breaking, quarrying, and primary site excavation. Featuring a massive 2,800 kg silenced operating weight and a large 160 mm tool diameter, the GBN400EL is designed for heavy excavators in the 33–50 ton range.
The GBN400EL is engineered for heavy production work on large excavators. As part of the GB E-Series, it combines high hydraulic reliability with an extraordinary 5,777 Joules (4,261 ft/lb) of impact energy.
With a substantial 2,800 kg (6,173 lb) silenced operating weight, the GBN400EL provides the mass necessary to handle massive breaking forces on carriers from 33 to 50 tons.
The breaker is equipped with a large 160 mm moil-type tool (weighing 213 kg), delivering robust strength and durability in tough rock, concrete foundations, and heavy excavation projects.
The GBN400EL operates at an impact rate of 260–450 blows per minute, optimizing blow energy and cycle frequency for high hourly material yield.
