GB F-Series Hydraulic Breaker

GBN800TL Hydraulic Breaker

The GBN800TL hydraulic breaker is an ultra-heavy-duty F-Series hydraulic breaker designed for extreme demolition, primary quarrying, heavy excavation, rock breaking, and major construction applications. With a massive 6,600 kg silenced operating weight and an expansive 210 mm tool diameter, the GBN800TL is built for large-scale excavators in the 55–100 ton range.

GBN800TL Hydraulic Breaker

Maximum Hydraulic Breaking Power for 55–100 Ton Excavators

The GBN800TL is engineered for operators who demand extreme hydraulic breaking performance from massive production excavators. As part of the GB F-Series, it utilizes an accumulator-assisted design delivering up to 20,959 Joules (15,459 ft/lb) of impact energy to handle the toughest rock and reinforced concrete.

With an incredible 6,600 kg (14,551 lb) silenced operating weight, the GBN800TL is targeted at heavy industrial carriers operating between 55 and 100 tons.

The breaker features a massive 210 mm moil-type tool (weighing 420 kg), providing superior structural integrity and penetrating power for large-scale quarrying, mining, and heavy demolition operations.

The GBN800TL delivers an impact rate of 195–260 blows per minute, optimizing heavy blow energy with continuous stability.

The breaker requires a high hydraulic oil flow of 300–400 L/min (79.2–105.6 GPM) and operates at a breaker pressure of 160–180 bar. Always verify the carrier machine's hydraulic capacity prior to mounting.

As part of the F-Series accumulator-type breaker range, the GBN800TL incorporates an accumulator designed to assist the power stroke and help absorb system shock, protecting the carrier's hydraulic infrastructure during high-tonnage breaking.

The GBN800TL is the primary choice for large quarry operations, trenching through hard rock, major civil infrastructure, and heavy industrial site demolition.
