GB E-Series Hydraulic Breaker

GBN600EL Hydraulic Breaker

The GBN600EL hydraulic breaker is an ultra-heavy-duty E-Series hydraulic breaker engineered for heavy quarrying, primary rock breaking, major demolition, and mass excavation. Featuring an immense 4,900 kg silenced operating weight and a large 180 mm tool diameter, the GBN600EL is built for heavy production excavators in the 44–70 ton range.

GBN600EL Hydraulic Breaker

Maximum Heavy Hydraulic Impact Force for 44–70 Ton Excavators

The GBN600EL is built for severe-duty applications where massive breaking power is non-negotiable. As part of the GB E-Series, it delivers an extraordinary 12,933 Joules (9,539 ft/lb) of impact energy to handle hard rock face extraction and heavy concrete structures.

With a massive 4,900 kg (10,803 lb) silenced operating weight, the GBN600EL provides high structural stability and maximum force delivery on production excavators ranging from 44 to 70 tons.

The breaker features an extra-large 180 mm moil-type tool (weighing 288 kg), providing exceptional resistance to bending and wear in the hardest geological formations.

The GBN600EL operates at an impact frequency of 100–250 blows per minute, maximizing per-blow kinetic energy for continuous hard rock penetration.

Requiring a hydraulic oil flow of 250–340 L/min and operating at a pressure of 160–180 bar, carrier hydraulic performance must be confirmed prior to mounting.

Equipped with a gas-assisted energy system featuring a back head nitrogen pressure of 12 bar (174 psi) and accumulator charge of 60 bar, the GBN600EL optimizes energy output while protecting the host carrier from hydraulic feedback shocks.

GBN600EL Applications

Primary Quarrying & Mining

With 12,933 Joules of blow energy and a 180 mm tool, the GBN600EL excels in primary bench breaking, overburden extraction, and breaking massive boulders.

Heavy Industrial Demolition

Designed for heavy-duty structural demolition, mass reinforced concrete foundations, bridge abutments, and reinforced industrial facilities.

Major Mass Excavation

Delivers deep breaking performance for heavy civil earthworks, hard rock trenching, utility corridors, and heavy foundation engineering.

44–70 Ton Excavators

Tailored specifically for heavy production excavators in the 44–70 ton range (55-ton recommended class), contingent on hydraulic output matching.
