PS 1/PHD

VACUWORX PORTABLE VACUUM LIFTING SYSTEMS offer the perfect solution for smaller lifting challenges on the job or in the shop. Engineered for both interior and exterior applications, these battery-powered, compact lifters can go to work anywhere. The PS 1 can lift up to 0.8 tonne. The PHD features a twin pump design, wireless remote control and a lift capacity of 1.13 tonne.

THE SL 2 SUBCOMPACT SYSTEM is the ultimate attachment—lightweight and extremely versatile. The system has been updated with an improved hydraulic system and modular pads to work with more machines and for more applications. Featuring all-aluminum construction, the patent pending design runs off the host machine’s hydraulic system and can be easily attached in minutes to lift steel plate, saw-cut concrete, granite and marble slabs, landscape pavers and more. In addition, quick-connect hydraulic hoses make switching between attachments fast and easy so you can maximise productivity on the job. Perfect for floor, footpaths, driveway, road and landscaping projects.

CM 3 E

Vacuworx has adapted the CM 3 E VACUUM LIFTING SYSTEM to be a heavy-duty manufacturing workhorse. The system features a lift capacity of 6,600 pounds (3 tonne), and is available in single phase or 3 phase operation. Standard lifters feature a 64 inch (1,625.6 mm) long spreader bar, with custom options available to better fit our customer’s needs.

MC SERIES VACUUM LIFTING SYSTEMS are lightweight and designed for use with compact host vehicles, suited for lower weight specifications and smaller material sizes. They are ideal for utility and in-plant applications and have lift capacities ranging from 6,600 to 11,000 lb (3 to 5 tonnes). The MC 3 operates using a self-contained gas engine. Heavy Duty Vacuum Lifters

RC SERIES

RC SERIES VACUUM LIFTING SYSTEMS are designed to handle materials from 22,000 to 55,000 lb (10-25 tonne) in conjunction with larger-capacity host carriers. RC Series lifters are best suited for large diameter energy and infrastructure projects, as well as material handling at port facilities, pipe mills, and storage yards. Fully self-contained units are powered by diesel engines and can be hooked up and ready to go in a matter of minutes; “H” models operate using the hydraulic system of the host machine to eliminate fuel costs, emissions and noise.

THE AWARD-WINNING COMPUTER CONTROLLED MULTI PIPE (CC-MP) SYSTEM is engineered to work or coincide with standard industry equipment such as shipping container dimensions, crane attachments and trailer sizes. The multi-lifter is operated remotely through wireless technology, eliminating the need for hooks, slings or chains and for a tag line of operators on the ground or in the hold of vessels.
